Double Filling Feeder

This Option allows double fillings in a product using the Encrusting Machines.
Now, you can add an additional filling such as bean paste, whipped cream or jam into your product!
You can now produce more varieties of products using different materials for your own individual creation!

1) The Vertical Screw Feeder (BO004) is the ideal option for ingredients such as whipped cream.

This is best suited for dry materials such as whipped cream.
The screw and a compact flow controller gently fill the material in the center.
There is no damage to the material since you can easily adjust the feed rate of the screw and flow controller.
Pasty material such as jam, custard cream and even solids such as chopped chestnuts can be used to make your individual product!
Liquids such as sauces can also be used!
The Double Filling Feeder can be attached to the CN580 and CN020.
2) The Screw Feeder (BO003) is the ideal option to supply materials such as bean paste!

This has the same filling mechanism as our other encrusting machines.
This is best suited for a more solid filling such as bean paste, manju dough or cookie dough.
There are four stages of filling the center ingredient by the screw and the flow controller, causing no damage to the material.
This is also ideal for ingredients such as jam and custard cream.
Can easily be attached to the CN580.
3) The Pump Feeder (BO002) is the ideal option for liquids.

The Pump Feeder is ideal for filling products with various forms of liquid.
Material is pumped by the screw and the Mohno-Pump.
A constant amount of liquids can be fed into the product using the Mono-Pump.
It is well suited for materials such as custard cream and jam.
The Pump Feeder can be attached to the CN580 and CN020.
