Due to the continuous growth and demand of high quality packaging materials, our main Japan material supplier, Maruto Sangyo Ltd. Japan, now has their sales and technical support staffs station in our office full time. Maruto Sangyo Ltd. had supplied packaging materials to Australia since 1978. The company is a listed public company in Japan and is one of the largest converter in Southern Japan. Their latest factory in Fukuoka operate in clean room standard of Class 100,000 which follows the Japan Federal Standard 209D and exceeds many International Standards.

Maruto equipped in their six factories in and outside Japan are state of the art equipment. All Maruto converting plant have full in-house manufacturing facilities, that include graphic design, cylinder making, up to 9 colours gravure and flexographic printing, in-line computer scanning and checking, dry and solventless lamination, extrusion lamination, slitting, shrink sleeve forming and pouch making.
